Saturday Sept 4th: Arrival
1pm-5pm: Check in
Arrive at Camp Highlander. You’ll be greeted on arrival and checked in to your cabin. The cabins will be shared amongst you and a few friends, based on an arrangement that we will skillfully assemble.
The cabins are very large and have tons of space. There are several private bathrooms and showers in each cabin.

At check-in, you’ll pay the camp for your stay. A cost of $200 per person (not per couple) pays for your ‘all inclusive’ stay at Camp HIghlander to cover your lodging, your meals and your activities.
1pm-5pm: Open Activities
Arrive early because there will be several camp activities open during this time.
6pm-7pm: Cocktail Hour
7pm-8:30pm: Welcome Dinner
9pm-10pm: Square Dancing
10pm -11pm: Camp Bonfire
Sunday Afternoon: Camp Activities
8:30 - 10:30am: Brunch
9am - 10am: Yoga with the Bride
(Some yoga mats are available, but try to bring your own or a towel just in case we run out)
9am - 10am: Capture the Flag with the Groom
(eat early to make the bride / groom activities)
10am: Morning Camp Activities
12 - 1pm: Lunch @ Food Truck
1 - 4pm: Lake Party and Activities
Kayaks, “The Blob” Water Slides, Ropes Course, Zip Line, etc
Sunday Evening
5:30pm - Busses transport guests to ceremony
6pm - 6:30pm - Ceremony / Renewal of vows
6:30pm - 7:30pm - Cocktail Hour
7:30pm - 10:30pm - Reception! Party with ACE Party Band
Monday Morning: Departure
8:30 am - 10 am: Breakfast
11 am: Checkout
